We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cómo cuidar los acabados metálicos
Los acabados metálicos son populares en el mundo del diseño, ya que aportan glamour y estilo a los espacios habitables. Si limpia y mantiene con cuidado las superficies metálicas, podrá disfrutar de sus muebles durante muchos años.
Limpieza y mantenimiento
Aprenda a limpiar y mantener artículos con acabado de níquel, oro, zinc, bronce (gunmetal) o latón, así como objetos plateados o hechos de acero inoxidable pulido.
Objetos bañados en plata
Limpie el objeto plateado con un plumero o un paño suave para eliminar la suciedad o el aceite. Sumerja un paño limpio en abrillantador de plata y aplíquelo sobre la superficie hasta que se forme una película fina. Frote suavemente el abrillantador sobre la superficie plateada con un paño de pulido especial para plata. Si frota con demasiada fuerza, puede eliminar la fina capa de abrillantador. Elimine el exceso de abrillantador de plata con agua tibia y una pequeña cantidad de líquido lavavajillas suave.
Acero inoxidable pulido
Limpie el acero con un paño suave y seco. Recomendamos utilizar un limpiador de espuma para eliminar las huellas dactilares y otros restos de grasa o suciedad.
Objetos con acabado metálico
Quite periódicamente el polvo de los acabados de acero inoxidable y metal pulidos con un plumero, un plumero electrostático sintético o un paño suave y limpio o una toalla de microfibra. Elimine las manchas difíciles con agua limpia o un limpiador doméstico suave como Pledge Multisurface Everyday Cleaner. Nunca utilice agua caliente ni productos químicos cáusticos que contengan amonio, cloro, disolventes o removedores de adhesivos. Evite las toallas de papel, las escobillas de goma, la lana de acero, los estropajos, las hojas de afeitar, los raspadores y similares.
Con un paño limpio y suave, aplique una pequeña cantidad del limpiador diluido directamente sobre el paño y luego limpie suavemente la superficie. Retire cualquier residuo de limpiador con un paño limpio y húmedo y luego seque. Si el acabado no se altera ni se ha transferido al paño, puede continuar limpiando el resto del producto. Complete el proceso eliminando cualquier residuo de limpiador con un paño limpio humedecido con agua tibia y luego seque con un paño limpio. No deje secar al aire.
Pula regularmente las piezas con acabado metálico con productos elaborados especialmente para el cuidado de metales pulidos o con vinagre. Para los artículos con manchas fuertes, pula con vinagre sin diluir. Rocíe una capa fina de vinagre sobre el artículo o frótelo con un paño suave humedecido con vinagre. Para un pulido ligero, diluya el vinagre con agua (1/2 taza de vinagre por cada litro de agua tibia).
